Cancellation Policy

At C Tree Service, we understand the urgency and sensitivity of emergency situations involving trees. Our priority is to respond promptly and efficiently to alleviate any potential hazards or damages. For emergency consultations, a nominal fee of $25 is required upfront to cover the initial assessment. This fee is non-refundable, regardless of whether our services are engaged. Additional charges may apply for expedited job completion, ensuring swift resolution. We aim to provide our customers with peace of mind during these stressful times. Therefore, payment for services rendered can be settled within 30 days after the job is completed, with the exception of the $25 consultation fee and a 25% deposit of the total cost, which are due at the time of consultation. Our commitment is to deliver timely and effective solutions while maintaining transparency and professionalism in every aspect of our service.
